Screen printing workshop

Screen printing workshop in Kent. This is a fun and practical print making workshop where you will learn how to transfer an image to a stencil and produce a perfect screen print in your choice of colour onto a canvas tote bag. The beauty of screen printing is that you don’t even have to be artistic to get professional looking results – you can print off a design from your computer and as long as you can trace the image and cut it out then you’ll be able to print it! No previous printing experience is required. Suitable for adults and children aged 12+ Notes about the workshop: All you need to bring is a design to work from, this can be hand drawn or a print out from your computer. You will be cutting the image out to make a stencil so try not to make it too complicated. Please note the maximum size of the design is 30cm x 30cm. Please bring an apron or painting shirt to wear. All printing materials are supplied. Prints are permanent after ironing and fully washable at up to 40°C. Paints are non-toxic.
