Being a Trustee – 4th Nov

This Trustees Week 2019, as well as celebrating the amazing work all our local Trustees do, we’re also thinking about new and potential trustees. Being a Charity Trustee can be very rewarding, and although becoming one might seem a little overwhelming, this course will help you understand the role and its responsibilities, and how you can help your charity thrive. Charity Trustees play a very important role in making sure that charities are run in the interests of the people they are there to serve and support. They strategically oversee the management and administration of the organisation. This workshop looks at how to be an effective trustee as well as ideas for making trustee meetings more focused and targeted.
