Enjoy an Introductory Shooting Session at The Stag Plaza Sevenoaks. Target Shooting School runs termly classes in the Olympic sport of Air Rifle Shooting. For a more comprehensive introduction you can try out the School by booking a place for 2 weeks (4 hours in total) at a cost of £50. If the student does not wish to continue at the end of 2 weeks you owe nothing more. Shooting is a fascinating sport that promotes self-confidence, self-discipline, team-work and friendship. Beginners will find this session an easy and gentle introduction to the sport. This activity is very popular with those who have not taken to mainstream sports and most of those who have! It is very accessible to those with a disability. Shooting requires mental rather than physical strength, and teaches responsibility and perseverance. Air rifles, targets and pellets are all supplied and there are no additional costs. The course is run by instructors certified by the National Smallbore Rifle Association, target shooting’s governing body. All have current DBS (formerly CRB) checks and regularly coach young people.
