Image credit: Hannah Beynon FAQs What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event? The car park is free for RSPB members, or £3 per day for non members. To get a token to exit the car park you must go to the visitor centre. At the visitor centre, please present your membership card for a token, or buy one from the machine for £3. If unforeseen circumstances cause RSPB Newport Wetlands to cancel an event, all ticket holders will be informed and a full refund will be issued. Attendees can receive refunds up to 7 days before the event start date. Refunds are subject to an administration fee. The administrations fees are stated below: Ticket prices up to £10 incur a £1 admin fee, up to £20 incur a £2 admin fee, up to £30 incur a £3 admin fee and so on. RSPB Newport Wetlands will respond to your request within 1 week, and you’ll automatically receive an email from Eventbrite once the refund has been sent. When a refund is issued, it can take up to 5 business days to show up in your account (7 business days internationally,) depending on the bank or credit card company. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
