This Level 4 Food Safety Course has the option to focus on the Catering or the Manufacturing sectors. Level 4 Food Safety Course The Level 4 Award can be applied to either the catering or manufacturing sector.  It looks at food safety in depth and provides the skills to formulate, implement and manage a food safety policy.
