Great Expectations is antenatal programme offered to all pregnant women and a partner, friend or supporter of choice. It provides parents-to-be with all the information and practical skills they need to feel confident about making the right choice for their new baby. Delivered by a range of health and parenting experts, the topics include: Great Start (healthy pregnancy) Talk to your bump (communicating with your baby) Preparation for birth (labour and meeting your baby) Birth & beyond (infant nutrition and caring your baby) Booking onto the first session automatically books you onto the whole course (4 sessions) PLEASE NOTE: If all sessions are showing as fully booked please telephone the children’s centre where a representative will help you to book onto a course.
