Gong Meditation and Relaxation

Come and escape the world for an hour in this deeply relaxing candlelight experience. Allow the sound waves and vibrations of the gongs wash over you to destress, switch off, unwind and improve your sleep in this hour of wellbeing. . No participation needed, just lay back and let the gongs do all the work. . Usually all mats, blankets and eye masks are provided but COVID restrictions mean you will need to provide your own, although a sanitised mat can be provided. . Please note: these sessions are not suitable if you have sound induced epilepsy, severe tinnitus, pacemaker or metal implants, are pregnant or have been diagnosed with a serious mental health diagnosis. .
