The First Aid at Work Re-qualification (FAWR) course is designed for people who already hold a full First Aid at Work qualification and whose current certificate is no more than 3 months out of date. A copy of the current (or recently expired) certificate must be provided prior to the course.

Assessment process
Please note that candidates must be able to perform exercises at floor level where required. It is a requirement of all regulated courses that the candidate should be able to communicate effectively with Emergency Services and, although this is not assessed formally, your instructor must be satisfied that this is the case. As such, all the question papers are in English and a reader will be provided if candidates have literacy concerns or learning difficulties.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
You have to be at least 14 years old to attend this event. Photo ID is required on the day and we accept photocard driving licences, passports, National ID cards, staff passes, CIS cards etc. If you are unsure then please call or email us 
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is a long-stay, public car park opposite the Church and several others in the area. The venue is close to the town centre and on several bus routes as well as being walkable from both Maidstone East and Maidstone West train stations

What's the refund policy?
Up to 4 weeks before the course you can cancel without penalty. After this charges do apply and the full range can be found in our terms and conditions which are on our web site

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes. If you’re just changing the name, then there is no charge. If you want to change the date of your course, then there is no penalty up to 4 weeks before the course but after this charges will apply and the full range can be found on our website 
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes
