BOXING FOR FITNESS WOMEN’S CLASS is a brilliant mix of muscle resistance and aerobic exercise. When you’re stressed or even feeling a little down, hitting pads as hard as you can feels AMAZING. Our class combines circuit training and boxing padwork. Learn to use your whole body to punch instead of just your arms. We incorporate various circuit exercises designed to strengthen and condition the body to punch better. The class is for any level of fitness and, with consistency, you will learn complex punch combinations and evasive manoeuvres. Boxing for fitness burns lots of calories anywhere between 400 - 600 in one hour. Leave the endless hours of cardio behind and come to our class to add some fun to your workout.
