Wild Crafted Cocktail Tasting , Cardross Estate, Saturday, 14. September 2019

We will be using Scotland‘s Finest whisky- Glengoyne 12 year old and gin‘s Dr. Osbourne no.99 and no.46.
I will demonstrate how to prepare and serve Wild crafted cocktails which will be made from foraged chanterelles, brambles , Wild sorrel & crab apple 
Tasting menu:
Glengoyne whisky & chanterelles sour
Bramble & wood sorrel gin cocktail 
Dry gin Appletini

Please note:tasting is for age 18 and over, Challange 25 applies- you might be asked to provide proof of age,no children in tasting area
