The Vice-Chancellor’s Distinguished Lecture with the British Academy, Elgar Concert Hall, Thursday, 21. March 2019

As part of the Vice-Chancellor’s Distinguished Lecture Series, the University is delighted to welcome British Academy Fellow's, Professor Sir Paul Collier, and Professor Colin Mayer, to deliver a keynote talk entitled 'The Future of the Corporation, Economy and Society'.
They will share the latest thinking and research into the future of capitalism and the corporation, posing serious questions of our economic system, and developing understanding on how business might be changed to work better for society.
The Future of the Corporation is a major research and public engagement programme of the British Academy, aiming to build trust between business and society by developing an evidence base that will serve as a foundation to redefine business for the 21st century.
This lecture forms part of ‘The Vice-Chancellor’s Distinguished Lecture Series,’ which aims to reflect on the major social, scientific, cultural and policy issues of our time.
