Umar Zamman is an experienced HR and diversity leader, with a passion for developing and executing HR and OD strategies. He is currently a Director of the Eleanor Glanville Centre and Head of Engagement, Inclusion and Organisational Development at the University of Lincoln. His role operates at senior level to drive cultural transformation across the institution. He is also a member of the executive Board of Universities HR (UHR) and is the UK Country Liaison for the Association of Commonwealth Universities International HR in HE. 
Umar has also held senior positions at executive level leading the HR, OD and Diversity agenda in the Higher Education Sector, National Health Service, Fire & Rescue Service, Policing Sector, Her Majesties Inspectorate of Constabulary and the Home Office, where he was an adviser in central Government to the Home Secretary and Ministers.
