Recently the processes used to measure customer engagement performance by UK Water companies have been updated bringing in new challenges and opportunities; the disengaged customers.
 In an industry constrained by strict regulations and increasingly demanding metrics of performance, South East Water are pro-actively rethinking the strategy and approach taken to improve customer value and engagement. The +ADD team are seeking fresh thinking and new approaches to enhance communications, services and support to improve customer engagement performance.
This is a significant opportunity to work directly with South East Water and focus on brand perceptions, communications, services and support to improve customer engagement performance.
