We will look at the physical and psychological effects of anxiety on your wellbeing, before we go through practical techniques that you can use to gain more control and feel better. With a better understanding of how stress and anxiety affects you, and a toolkit of ideas for how to manage your stress you will leave the morning feeling relaxed, revitalised and refreshed.
