STEP SEMINAR - Finance and Conflict Management (Birmingham), Crowne Plaza Hotel, Wednesday, 09. October 2019

This one day seminar is open ONLY to those employees undertaking either the Level 3 or Level 5 Apprenticeship programme in Leadership and Management.
Apprentices attending this seminar will benefit immensely by gaining knowledge of skills in relation to finance, exploring areas such as understanding a business’s finances, managing and monitoring budgets, financial forecasting, providing reports, the financial implications of decisions and making changes and recommendations. Within the conflict management section learners can develop their skills and confidence to effectively deal with conflict situations and reduce the likelihood of abusive and threatening behaviour in the workplace.

5. Managing conflict
6. Understanding conflict

7. Factors that influence human responses
8. Assessing and reducing risks
9. De-escalate conflict in emotive situations
