Come and reconnect to you with this power 'chillout' session for physical, mental, emotional clarity and wellbeing.I warmly invite you to relax into a carefully crafted, inclusive and sacred space at beautiful Salt Water Studios. You are encouraged to switch off from outside life and immerse deep into the sumptuous, cosy atmosphere, uncovering calm ease, perspective and clarity.We loosen through physical tensions by harnessing yin/restorative yoga style poses, learn short, targetted breathwork, and are then guided through a self reflection meditation (journaling optional), 'sound bath' and yoga elements blend to create a refreshed and blissed out state for you to feel clear and ready for newness within. This deeply resonant session's effects will stay with you long after you leave the studio

Sound vibration (a sound ‘texture’ rather than actual music) is played from the gong and other instruments while you recline, comfortably wrapped up on your mat. You have the option to have a Tibetan singing bowl placed on your body (generally at the back of shoulder blades) and ‘sung’, which is a felt and heard experience that can be considered a rejuevenating 'bath' of sorts. 
 
Yoga nidra, or ‘yogic sleep’ is a subtle yet deeply effective practice for the mind and therefore the whole self. It’s like giving yourself a shower from the inside out, time to pause, take stock and process. It systematically encourages the practitioner through into brainwave frequencies that would otherwise only be accessible through the cycle of sleep, while in fact being consciously aware on some levels.

Sound 'bathing' & yoga nidra are great ways to chill out if you’re particularly busy of mind, with the added elements of stretching, breath techniques and intention uncvering this session a potent and personalised mix to help you rest and reconnect to your needs and wishes.

This is a common misconception with these most quiet of practices, however the potency is in allowing your brainwaves to ‘come down’ (from being so intensely focused, or beta based in everyday life) and find coherence, encouraging a deep reset of the mind, and therefore all of you!
