Science of Sleep, Meditation & Sound workshop*****

Come one, come all, find out about how these subjects relate to you, your body and your life through the latest in evidence based studies and knowledge of different aspects of the science of the body, brain and mind.

This is for anyone who likes the idea of sleeping better, meditation and sound and the benefits these can bring, but needs to know the ins and outs of what's REALLY going on and how to harness their system's innate ability to switch off.

Come and find out more in this informal, interractive talk style learning experience. You will leave feeling equipped to access more peaceful states within yourself.
No experience necessary, this is a non yoga workshop, you will gain knowledge, practical experience and tools that will transform your life through a better understanding of the underlying workings of yourself.

Please note, you will be sat down on the floor with mats etc, chairs/stools are available, please bring a blanket for comfort.
