What will you learn at our workshop?
We aim to provide you with practical sales knowledge, strategies and tools that enable you to win sales opportunities, protect and manage strategic accounts and influence customers to win more business.

Rather than developing short term sales tactics, strategic sales means you and your team will have a clear vision which can be applied right across your sales activity.
Our aim is for the participants to leave with practical tips to start taking action in their business immediately.

About your trainer:
Caroline Courtney has been in sales and business development management roles for over twenty years, working in a wide range of businesses from small, family owned to large multi-national companies. She has also been on both sides of the negotiating table as a buyer and a seller. Her industry experience varies from fashion to engineering, manufacturing, franchising and the construction industries.
She offers a very “hands-on” approach to training, giving real life examples of her own sales experience in growing other people’s businesses.
This will be a fun, interactive learning workshop that will really get you thinking about the sales potential of your business.
