The Presenter
Stephen Walker has been fascinated by ‘why people work’ since 1978!
Changing from an engineering to an operations career path, he brings an engineering approach to people management - how does this work and how do you make it better?
He completed a Masters in Management while working as ‘The Operations Guy’. The dissertation used data from the Operation in a unique piece of numerate Social Science research.
In 2004, Motivation Matters was launched to bring the benefits of more effective Operational Management to a wider world.
