What to expect
Mojo Yard’s pregnancy flow classes focus on poses that energise and restore both mind and body.  
We teach breathing techniques and movements that can help you manage the physical changes you’ll experience during this special time and prepare you for labour.  Our classes can help you stay healthy, be flexible and make you feel strong and calm.
Pregnancy yoga is a great way for you to connect with your growing baby and make new friends. If you haven’t done yoga before you might expect to see everyone dressed to the nines in their activewear doing headstands or sitting in the lotus position. We promise instead you’ll find time to unwind, stretch and work the areas of your body that are tired and sore.

Our pregnancy yoga classes are for all levels of experience but we encourage you to rest in your first trimester and join our classes after your 12 week scan.   
What to bring
We provide all equipment and refreshments, there’s no need to bring anything with you other than yourself!
