Group Pilates Sessions
Our Pilates classes have a relaxed atmosphere that is both inviting and instructional and most importantly taught in small groups. Our aim at Pilates is to help you meet your personal exercise needs. We listen to lifestyle, health, and exercise clues to help your body achieve your goals.
Barre Pilates is a freestyle mixture of Pilates fused with Ballet. It is a fun, upbeat group workout, set to motivating music. The benefits of Barre: Builds and strengthens muscle, cardio fitness while still being low impact, super controlled movements strengthens core and targeted muscles. Stretching techniques are added, to allow muscle relaxation and recovery after the completion of the class.
