To make the human figure in clay has been a desire of artists for thousands of years. During this practical and intensive two day course, you will learn to make a sculpture based upon the human figure, that will be capable of being fired and glazed. Working from drawings and photographs you will identify a suitable pose, learn maquette making, be shown how to build a hollow structure and see how different styles of modelling can be applied to your piece. A busy two days, but exciting ones!
