Navigating the Changing Educational Landscape - the National Curriculum and the Arts, Izzard Theatre, Thursday, 07. November 2019

This training day aims to inform primary and secondary school teachers and governors on how arts and cultural projects in schools can be vital in addressing the new National Curriculum priorities including "provision for pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural is a broad concept that can be seen across the school’s activities, but draws together many of the areas covered by the personal development judgement. Facilitated by Lorraine Cheshire, one of Artswork Education Development Managers’ and Jeremy Bennett, Independent Education Consultant, the session will focus on the arts in the context of recent changes and developments in the formal education sector.
