Mindfulness Taster: Well-Being Skills for living in a Frantic World, Totnes Natural Health Centre, Devon TQ9 5DW, Sunday, 01. September 2019

A two hours introduction to: How to live Mindfully in  a Frantic World and Manage Stress & Anxiety Well
Interactive, experiential and engaging this session offer a great introduction to how mindfulness training can help you to manage the stress and anxiety of living in a frantic world.
Based on the Breathworks Mindfulness Approach, the taster introduces you to meditations, strategies and enquiry on how to transform recurring stressful habits into patterns of well-being and resilience.
The next Mindfulness Course for managing wellness, stress and anxiety in 4 sessions, is planned to start in Totnes on Saturday 26 October 2019 at the Totnes Natural Health Centre. Dates of the course are: 26 October, 9 November, 23 November from 13.30 to 17.30 p.m. and 7 December from 10.30 a.m. to 17.30 p.m. 
Cost of Taster: £10 when pre-booked on-line or £14 on the day

Daniela Coronelli & Roy Whenary will be facilitating the taster and the forthcoming Mindfulness Course.
Daniela is both experienced and a Member of the UK Mindfulness Teachers' Network. She has also been a Complementary Health Trainer for over 25years and in 2014 co-authored the book Embodied Lives (Triarchy Press)
Roy has over 40 years of meditation practice and he has authored  two books on the subject.
