Mindful Based Living Course (MBLC) - Putting mindfulness into practice
Would you like to feel happier, less stressed, less anxious and better equipped to take on the pressures of everyday life? We truly believe that introducing  mindfulness to your life can help. 
Our MBLC is taught by our highly experienced tutor, Angie Cameron, and contains 16 hours of teaching and experiential learning, delivered over 8 weekly evening sessions, in relaxed and comfortable surroundings.
Learning mindfulness in a group allows you to interact and share your experiences with like minded people. We limit our group size to allow all participants the opportunity to connect with the tutor and ask questions.
You will be given recordings of all the mindfulness practices that feature in the course, along with a manual to support these and a certificate on completion. If you are unable to make one of the dates it's easy to catch up as we email out all home practice information you need in between sessions. You will also have the opportunity to meet your tutor on a 1:1 basis during the course to discuss how your mindfulness practice is developing.
When: Tuesdays  19.00—21.15
Dates: 21st & 28th August, 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th September, 2nd & 9th October.
