7-8am – Yoga


8:15am – Breakfast


9:15-11:45am – Walk


12:30 – Lunch


2pm – Coaching: Goals, Intentions, Motivation and Self Trust


4:30pm – Tea and free time


5:30-7:00pm – yoga


7:30pm – Dinner

2pm – Coaching: Fear and Procrastination, and Primary food – looking at areas of dissatisfactions in one’s life and forming action steps to re-balance


4:30pm – Tea and free time


5:30-7:00pm – yoga

I help to inspire and empower people to overcome negative behaviour habits so they can calm the mind, find balance, build confidence, and find what they’re passionate about so they can live a life filled with purpose and fulfillment.





The retreat offers a fresh start to help break bad habit patterns back home when surrounded by familiar temptations, triggers and pressures,.





Having struggled with my mental health and eating habits, I want to share with others the tools I used to find my own balance.





I’m a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a trained Yoga Teacher





My coaching is a two-steps-forward, one-step-back approach…learning from mistakes, letting go of perfection, and accepting you’ll make mistakes again in the future








Jef's Bio





He has effectively used the practice of yoga and healing arts to overcome many personal adversities including healing childhood traumas and dysfunctional behavior patterns. Things that used to weigh down his soul are now his greatest gifts and the basis of his teachings. Grateful to be in the position to share his living wisdom and his infectious childlike energy, he travels around the world teaching workshops and courses that embrace and uplift communities of all types.





Having trained and taught all over the world in disciplines ranging from vinyasa and yin yoga to shamanic ceremonial traditions, Jeff has assimilated a catalogue of impactful practices and techniques that bring people together with high vibes and harmony. He is passionately committed to sharing meaningful practices with the world to facilitate healing and the human journey toward a natural and harmonious state of being.

A naturally inquisitive person, I have spent the last 8 years seeking knowledge to life’s mysteries, pursuing the answer to the ultimate question… “Who Am I?”


It has taken many years of struggle, through mild alcoholism and depression to find the confidence and trust needed to take action to live with purpose, truth and happiness.


WHAT DO I PRESCRIBE?


My philosophy is simple. Eliminate stress by cultivating new practices, leading to stability of the body and stillness of the mind. This strong foundation becomes the basis for exploring higher dimensions of life. From here we can begin our inner enquiry, asking the questions that are most important to us.


I offer you my experience of Yoga Based Living, encompassing all the tools that have transformed my life. Most importantly, I offer you the potential to experience a whole new dimension of happiness, wellbeing and deep connection, returning that which has always belonged to you.
