Eating a balanced diet is vital for good health and wellbeing. Food provides our bodies with the energy, protein, essential fats, vitamins and minerals to live, grow and function properly. We need a wide variety of different foods to provide the right amounts of nutrients for good health.  A nutritionist is a person who advises on matters of food and nutrition and their impacts on human health.  
This course is accredited with the Complementary Medicine Association and insurance approved by Balens Holistic Insurance and you are able to gain insurance to offer nutritional therapy to clients upon successfully completing the training.  This course will run over 12 monthly classes on the second Tuesday of each month and requires commitment to attend each classroom session and approximately 10 hours of home study each month.

There are assessments on each unit which must be completed to obtain your certificate and qualification.  Each module comes with a comprehensive workbook.  During your training, you will enjoy a meal in the Green Room Vegan Cafe which you will analyse using the nutrium software, you will take part in a wild food walk, take part in a student clinic, and we have guest speakers that also contribute to the course.

This course includes free access to Nutrium software (Nutrium.io) for the duration of your studies, an opportunity to purchase at a 20% discount on successful completion of your training, access to free e-books and your classroom tuition.  
Once the deposit has been paid, you are sent an application form, and given access to our online portal for introduction material.  In order to gain your certification and insurance approval, you must attend a minimum of 10 classroom sessions.  If you miss more than 2 classes, you will be required to book a one to one session to catch up at the cost of £45 per class.
Upon successful completion you are able to use the initials Dip.NT (Diploma in Nutritional Therapy).

Flexible Payment Plans
Flexible payment plans are available on all our courses. You will receive an invoice with payment instructions. A £50 non refundable deposit is required and the balance must be cleared on or before 6 weeks prior to your training dates.
Cancellation Policy
Any further payment above the deposit of £50 is refundable if cancellation is made no later than 8 weeks prior to your training dates. In exceptional circumstances and at our absolute discretion, if cancellation is made during the 8 weeks prior to your training, you will be offered a place on the next available training dates.
When paying in full, the same applies. A £50 non-refundable payment is retained and the balance refunded provided you cancel your place no later than 8 weeks prior to your training dates. In exceptional circumstances and at our absolute discretion, if cancellation is made during the 8 weeks prior to your training, you will be offered a place on the next available training dates.
When you successfully complete this course, you will be eligible to apply for Full Membership of The Complementary Medical Association and will be entitled to use the letters MCMA after your name. You can also join right now in The CMA’s Student Membership category and upgrade to Full MCMA Membership as soon as you graduate. You can also join the IPHM and ANH and benefit from discounted insurance.

These classroom based sessions are located in our training facility, located up a flight of wide, low inclined stairs, where you will have access to our snug room for relaxation during breaks and The Green Room Vegan Cafe for refreshments during lunch. We regret that you are unable to bring your own food onto site.
