Italian baking is about time and place. This class introduces specific techniques used in Italian bread-making and includes three classic bakes (ciabatta, focaccia and a legendary regional loaf from Puglia) plus pizza made to eat in class with a choice of delicious toppings for you to choose from, and a glass of Italian wine to accompany your fantastic handmade lunch. Class runs 10.30am-4pm.
