Introducing Solid Foods Workshop - Aldershot, Health Education Room, Thursday, 18. April 2019

Introducing your baby to solid foods, often called weaning onto foods, should start when your baby is around 6 months old. It’s a really important step in your baby’s development and it can be great fun to explore new flavours and textures together.
This workshop is here as an introduction to solids for you and your baby and an opportunity to meet other families at this exciting developmental time. This workshop is run by the Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust Health Visiting Service. More information on the HV Service can be found here.
Please click here for a copy of the 'Introduction to Solids' leaflet which offers supprt, advice and practical tips.
If you require any further information in regards to introducing solid food, please text our Chat Health Text Messaging advice service on 07520615720 where a member of the team will be able to help you further. This line is avalaible between 9am and 4.30pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9am and 4pm (Friday).
This workshop is open to all parents and carers of babies registered with a Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust Health Visiting Team.
