The skills learners acquire whilst learning how to develop and make code are vitally important and transferable across the curriculum. Skills including, critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration.
Join us for the hands-on workshop and explore how iPad can be used effectively to teach coding, whilst developing 21st-century skills and empowering children to learn by making. You will explore Apple’s Everyone Can Code resources and get hands-on with Swift Playgrounds, whilst building and coding your own robot that is designed to solve a series of real-world challenges.
This workshop is designed for Key Stage 2 and 3 teachers of Computing, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths.
3 Workshops Slots Choose From:
We will be repeating this workshop 3 times during the day so you can select the most suitable workshop for you and your diary.
Workshop 1: 9.30am - 11.30am
Workshop 2: 12.30pm - 2.30pm
Workshop 3: 3.30pm - 5.30pm
