More about the speakers:
Josh Quigley
Josh Quigley had the world at his feet. A rising start among the Scottish business community - he had won awards for the success of his digital marketing agency, SharkDog.
In the early hours of 26 May 2015, Josh got into his car and drove a route he'd driven a hundred times before. However, this time headed towards the motorway; his final destination would be a concrete barrier, at over 80mph.
He should have been dead. He shouldn't have survived - but he did. He awoke in hospital with barely a scratch, and ultimately vowed to help others in a similar situation. Since then, Josh has cycled more than 80 countries across 6 continents with a view to raising global awareness for mental health.
Now dubbed 'The Tartan Explorer' - his story is that of true success in the **** of adversity.
Birchwood Highland
Birchwood Highland was established over 30 years ago as a charity working with people with mental ill-health, supporting them in their journey to recovery.
