Hoverfly Identification Workshop - Community Nature Hub, Norton Priory Museum & Gardens, Saturday, 21. July 2018

Join Glenn Rostron, County Hoverfly Recorder for Cheshire at Norton Priory Museum and Gardens to learn how to identify and record hoverflies.
The workshop will consist of a classroom presentation/activity followed by an outdoor session looking at techniques for finding and recording this fascinating group.
Refreshments will be provided but please bring a packed lunch and appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear. The workshop will involve some light walking over footpaths and uneven ground.
Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. If you can no longer make the workshop after booking, please cancel asap so we can allocate your space to someone else.
This workshop is part of RECORD's Community Nature Hub project made possible by a grant from the Postcode Local Trust, a grant-giving charity funded entirely by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.
