This course has been designed for supervisors, managers and senior chefs in food businesses.
This Level 3 food safety course builds on food hygiene knowledge and provides the skills and confidence for supervisors to manage food safety effectively in the business.
The course syllabus looks at HACCP, food safety legislation, microbiology and contamination. It also covers allergens, personal hygiene , pest control, cleaning and disinfection and the construction and design of food premises.
Level 3 Food Safety Course 
This course can be applied across multiple sectors including catering, retail, manufacturing and marine. It is MCA approved so is suitable for super-yachts, cruise liners and ferry personnel. This course aims to build on food safety knowledge with an emphasis on identifying food safety hazards and then implementing and managing food safety procedures confidently.

Implementation and management of cleaning and disinfection procedures
