Do you experience back pain? Kath is a fully qualified Dru Yoga Teacher, with a post graduate certificate in yoga for back care. This tried and tested movement and stretching programme has been designed by yoga therapists, osteopaths and physiotherapists to help you prevent and ease back pain, and improve wellbeing and resilience to stress. Join Kath for a 'taster' class (choice of two dates) to try the programme - and deciding if you wish to enroll for the full 6 week programme (includes DVD and home practise materials).
Suitable for beginners to yoga*, though you do need to be able to get down to the floor and back up again.
* NOT designed for those with an acute injury or back pain with undiagnosed cause.
