Throughout the day you will:

Moderate writing from Year 1 and Year 2 over an academic year and identify where pupils demonstrate they are working at greater depth. 
Use assessment grids specifically tailored for each year group.
Plan clear next steps for learning with progressive objectives.
Closely analyse pieces of writing identifying for evidence of targets being met and how this developed writers working at greater depth.

Look at examples of planning that are focused on how to develop writing through reading. 

Explore how to use quality texts to develop greater depth writers.
