Football Carnival for Beginners, The Foundation, Saturday, 23. March 2019

Football v Homophobia Scotland, United Glasgow FC, Proud Huddle CSC and Glasgow St. Pauli have joined forces to bring you an unforgetable Football Carnival for Beginners as part of Football v Homophobia Month of Action!
Come kick a ball and have a bit of football fun for FREE. The Carnival is bound to entertain and guarantees to be a good laugh, all the while helping beginners to have a go at football. So why not give it a try? Hosted by iBaller, the event will involve some carnival style football games and a friendly 5-aside football match.
This event is for LGBTIQ (lesian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and questioning) people who are not currently involved in football. Carnival participation is aimed at those aged 16+ however everyone is welcome to join in during the friendly 5-aside matches.
The event will be held at The Foundation, 137 Shawbridge St, Glasgow G43 1QQ, on the 23/02/2019. We will meet at 2:15pm commencing at 2:30pm sharp. Please come hydrated and dressed ready to play.
Spaces are limited, so if you wish to be a carnival participant, book your ticket quickly! You do not need a ticket as a spectator or to play in the 5-aside games.
As part of our Football Carnival activities, we will also be running a screening of Mario at the Seamore Neighbourhood Cinema, on Thursday 21st February at 6:20. This is also a free event though a donation on the door from those would can afford it, would be greatly appreciated. Find your ticket here.
