Join Alex von Riebech, chef and owner of Limetree Kitchen in Lewes for a masterclass on fish and seafood cookery. 
This workshop focusses of local, seasonal and sustainable fiish and seafood. Alex will take you through the fundamentals of preparing and cooking a range of fish dishes including piri piri sardines, bouillabaisse, bass ceviche and hake in yellow curry.
