Fire Safety For HMO & BTL Property , Bracknell Enterprise & Innovation Hub, Saturday, 27. July 2019

The cover photo is a real fire that was caused by a dishwasher catching fire and leading to a £85k insurance claim that took 6 months from start to finish. Can you really afford to not know what to do?
This course is for anyone who wants to learn how to better protect their asset and the life of their tenants because this can happen to anyone including homeowners.
This is also suitable for anyone who wants to make sense of fire safety requriements for their HMO for licensing purposes.
This course also covers important areas if you are operating as a letting agent so you can be seen as a very knowledgable person to help yourself and your clients.

Tony spent 27 years in the Fire and Rescue Service as an operational support manager in charge of the City of Kingston upon Hull, together with roles in hazardous materials and fire safety.
He is now an independent fire consultant working for Associated British Ports, York St John University and the Humber Bridge in the fire safety advisor role.
