Finding Your Voice Workshop, Dublin 2, Saturday, 22. September 2018

What do we do? 
We begin our first workshop on finding your inner voice. 
We help you identify where you do not speak up for the self
We help you identify where and when your voice becomes lost – work situations, personal life etc..
We help you identify what happens on a physical level – where does your voice retreat to? 
And how has that manifested to date, in your life? 
How do we do it? 
We work on opening up the chakras through a series of gentle Hatha Yoga movements.
We help you prepare the vocal instruments – the diaphragm, the vocal cords etc and we teach you a series of techniques which you can use in your daily life when fear takes over 
And collectively we work together to create a magical safe space for this healing to occur.

Why the voice? 
The voice is one of the most important instruments of expression we have – it is vitally important that we use it effectively in communicating our needs, wants and desires.  If this is an area you feel could use some progress, then this is the workshop for you.  If not but you feel you know someone who may benefit from it, please pass on the details – all are welcome!
