Enjoy a festive evening of celebrations with a difference here at The Duke and enjoy an evening of food & drink pairing hosted by Joel Eastman, owner of the sell-out Grape & Grain Tours.
Come on in from the cold, settle into the Barn here at The Duke of Cambridge, Tilford and sip on your delicious welcome drink of warming punch, based on Winchester Distillery's winter seasonal gin (or a non-alcoholic version) and relax as you get acquainted with those on your table, along with our host for the evening, Joel Eastman.. what Joel doesn't know about alcohol isn't worth knowing! . 
You will enjoy a three-course Christmas meal designed by Head Chef, Jonathan Long, which will be perfectly paired with three local drinks including Hattingley Valley sparkling wine, Chalkdown Cider and Gorilla Spirits coffee liqueur. 
Throughout the evening, Joel will be providing a host of tips and interesting facts to guide you on ideal food and drink pairings, as well as a great opportunity to discuss various drinks and their producers based here in the South of England.
You will walk away with a delightfully full tummy of delicious food and drink and printed notes and festive cocktails and punch recipes for you to wow your friends with back at home and memories of a fantastic evening.
