EYFS Professional Forum: Lincoln 
Jayne Carter has worked as a practitioner and leader for over 25 years specialising in the Early Years and Primary age ranges. As a Lead Early Years advisor for the Local Authority she has supported many settings to improve their provision in order to provide the best possible support for all children in their care. She has led the Every Child a Talker programme for Lincolnshire, receiving an ‘Outstanding’ grade from the National Strategies for its professional outlook to coaching and mentoring of practitioners, improved outcomes for children’s communication skills and increased understanding of early intervention strategies.
