Whether you are at the beginning of your journey transitioning to a plant-based diet or are wanting to expand your knowledge and skills I would be delighted to welcome you to my Essential Vegan workshop.
Making the transition to a plant-based diet is a wonderful, cruelty free way to optimise your health coupled with a healthy lifestyle. However, for some restricting your diet from certain foods can be a challenge. This workshop will provide you with useful tools and knowledge to make this easier and fun while keeping your nutrition in balance and making sure you stay healthy. With cookery advice and recipes to get you started and ongoing support to help get you inspired in the kitchen this is a great workshop for anyone wanting to know more about adopting a vegan diet, from newbie to those already on the journey and wanting inspiration.

Veganism is now one of Britain’s fastest growing lifestyle choices and switching to a plant-based lifestyle is sometimes a challenge knowing what to eat to ensure you are getting the correct nutrition. The recipes covered in this workshop will help you on your journey to getting the healthy balance while being full of flavour, exciting and ethical.
The workshop takes place at Studio20 a beautiful light and airy space on Wensum Street in Norwich.
This workshop includes;*Recipe booklet to take home with you.*Q & A session over a relaxed nutritious plant-based lunch where you can try the foods made in the workshop, connect with others, share your stories, tips and advice.*Membership to a closed Facebook group where you will be able to get ongoing support, connect and talk to others on the same journey and tips and advice to make it easier to be inspired to cook health delicious whole food plant-based recipes. Its also a great place to share photos of recipes you have made on the £25.00 + booking fee.
