Creative Writing Workshop Bath: Looking At Story, 42 Belgrave Cres, Saturday, 15. February 2020

Writing workshops to spark your imagination!
I ran the first Looking at Story workshop in November, and it went really well - participants enjoyed examining a story in detail and it led to some interesting pieces of work. So in this workshop, we will look at one contemporary story written by a short story writer.  We will find inspiration by examining the techniques, the themes and the form the writer has used.  Participants will then write their own work inspired by the story we have read together - the majority of the workshop time will be spent on your writing.
Clare Reddaway runs monthly writing workshops at her home in central Bath. All of the workshops aim to be supportive and encouraging to writers of short stories at all levels. Clare provides exercises which are stimulating and inspiring (hopefully!) in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
Tickets are refundable 30 days before the event.  You are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend.

On Clare's 'Writing for Performance' workshop the writers said: "I thoroughly enjoyed the small group and how supportive it felt." "Totally inspiring!" "Supportive, convivial atmosphere." "Brilliant. Well constructed. Interesting and informative. Well executed" "Really helpful" "Loved it - loved it all!"
