So many small business owners feel they need to simply have a presence on social media and if they post occasionally, that will be enough to see a return on the time they are investing in it. But a comprehensive social media strategy can help you grow a community that is genuinely interested in your business, which in turn can help drive sales and of course help you achieve your business goals.

Where is the workshop held?
It will be held in Alexandra room, which is upstairs at The Royal Wells Hotel. There is free parking in the car park and on nearby roads.
What is the format of the workshop?
Arrival from 9.45am when tea and coffee will be served and you will have the chance to meet and network with the other participants. The workshop will begin at 10.00am, groups will be a maximum of 15 people so you will have plenty of opportunities to ask any questions you may have. We will take a short break at 12pm when a buffet lunch will be served. The workshop will finish at 2.30pm after we've covered any additional questions you may have.
What do you need to bring along?
You will be given a workbook that can be filled out during the workshop and also taken home so you can continue refining your strategy. It's also a good idea to bring along paper and a pen to take additional notes. It's not neccessary to bring a laptop or smartphone for this workshop unless you prefer to take notes that way.
