Is this workshop right for me?
If you are a micro, small or medium sized business that wants to create a reliable strategy for gaining new customers and growing your existing customer's spend, then this workshop is ideal for you. Richard will take you through proven techniques for creating the strategy, building your existing customers' spending with you and finding new customers. He will also show you the right ways to measure and analyse your activities and results.
This workshop will take the uncertainty out of sales for you and provide you with a clear and actionable plan to build your sales and profits.
What do I need to bring with me?
Please bring a notepad, pen and calculator. Please also bring any sales figures you may have for the previous 12 months, particularly your total sales turnover for those 12 months, the number of customers that contributed towards that turnover and the number of invoices you issued to make up that turnover. You will not be asked to make these figures public, they are just for you to use during the workshop.
Do not worry if you do not have this information, the workshop will still give you the knowledge that you need. If you only have a few month's figures, then please bring those.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Free parking is available at Caddsdown Business Centre and buses run nearby from Bideford.
