Combat Your Anxiety!
According to Anxiety UK, 1 in 6 of us has experienced anxiety at some stage in our lives. This statistic only appears to be on the increase. 
Anxiety can be crippling and stop us from enjoying the best of what life has to offer. 
Simple tasks such as making a phone call or going to the shops can feel incredibly overwhelming. We find it hard to recognise in ourselves the person who is more than capable and functions well on a day to day basis. 
But how do we take back control over something that seems to run us? 
We need to become aware of ourselves and learn how to really tune into the present moment so that we have the power to change our response. 
At this workshop, we will learn how to identify what anxiety is and the different ways we can combat anxiety specifically for us. 
Together through mutual exploration and exercises, we will:

Learn what anxiety is and how it affects us as an individual
Explore tools on how to effectively handle anxiety
Learn how to incorporate mindfulness into our everyday lives
Build our own unique toolkit to manage anxiety
Be guided through a relaxing meditation 
Eat tasty biscuits
Have fun!
