Coaches Getting A Better IDEA with Linbert Spencer OBE, UK, Friday, 26. June 2020

A fresh look at the Inclusion, Diversity and Equality Agenda. Participants will better understand what this agenda is and is not, why it’s a bottom-line issue and not simply a nice to have and what are the implications for coaching/mentoring.
Highly interactive session, as a consequence of which participants will understand that equality diversity and inclusion is not a that thing; that you can’t manage diversity; and that coaches are no less susceptible to bias than anyone else.
