In this 6 hour hands-on class we will each make a stollen, a poppyseed roulade and shortbread The roulade is a traditional Polish Christmas cake and the stollen of course is German but the shortie, well quintessentially Scots. Homemade marzipan and a drop of brandy in the fruit set the stollen off to a good start! What's not to like.
