Cheltenham Library – Code Club, Cheltenham Library, Saturday, 31. August 2019

Do you have a favourite computer game? Would you like to learn how to make your own computer games?
At Code Club, you can learn how to make cool games, animations, and websites too!
At Code Club, we think all children should have the opportunity to learn to code, no matter who they are or where they come from. This is why we support a nationwide network of volunteers and educators who run free coding clubs where young people build and share their ideas, learning along the way.
Join us at Cheltenham Library and learn to make animations, websites  and even computer games with the powerful and fun programming language Scratch.
No previous programming knowledge required.
We're holding regular sessions of the Code Club at Cheltenham Library in the Internet Cafe every other Saturday, 11 am to 12 noon.
Spaces are limited to 6 children per session.  It's open to children between the ages of 9 and 12.
Please book one ticket per child; parents are welcome to stay, but they don't need their own ticket.
Prior to the session you can sign up on the Scratch website for an account:
