Caremark Thanet's Sepsis Awareness Conference in loving memory of Ellie Lunn, Global Generation Church, Thursday, 14. November 2019

Caremark Thanet provide care in people’s homes across Thanet and Dover, Deal and Sandwich.
Due to the success of hosting a Dementia Conference earlier this year we have decided to raise awareness in health care again by holding a Sepsis conference on Tuesday 14th November starting at 10.00am-1.00pm at Global Generation Church Margate. We feel there are still many people that are unsure of the signs and symptoms and unaware that sepsis is a life threatening condition.
Raising awareness in Sepsis is important to Caremark Thanet and very close to our hearts.
Kerry Hill, Caremark Thanet’s Operations and Compliance Manager sadly lost her 11-month-old daughter Ellie Lunn to Sepsis in 2015. As you can imagine this was heart breaking for her and her family, however she feels very strongly about raising awareness and would like to share her story on the day.
South East Coast Ambulance Service paramedic and local pathway champion, Rob Mercer will be speaking about the signs and symptoms in adults as well as children, offering advice and information.
Barbara Hall, Trainer has kindly offered her time to come and speak about how Sepsis affected her ***** life.

We do ask for a donation of £1 to attend the conference, this will include tea/coffee and biscuits.  All proceeds will go to Sepsis Trust.
We do hope you can join us.
